The block of flats is located in Near Pārdaugava, not far from the centre of the city. The projected block of flats is composed of two buildings connected with a passage and having a common 2-level underground garage. The first building is a historical wooden house. The second building is a 10-storey block of flats with a penthouse and roof terraces and two staircases. In the three-storey historical building office premises are projected with the separate entrey from Krogus St. In the 10-storey building 1 to 5-romm flats will be built with balconies and terraces. On the first floor the common addommodation premises and some flats will be located, both staircase premises on the first floor level will be connected by a corridor.
